Yes, it was Party Time yesterday as Phonic FM opened its new studio to one and all as part of Exeter Respect. That would explain all the background noise you no doubt heard as rootsandshoots was on air with presenters Martin Hodge (left), Rich Cooke (centre) and Martin Henning (right).
