On the 2 to 4 show on Phonic FM today we featured some wonderful musicians from Deitrot (Jill Jack, Billy Brandt and Sarana VerLin) who are playing over here. We had a ball in the studio: they entertained us by singing and playing 3 songs and talking about their music. The songs were: Sunflower Girl, Move On Down The Line and Sally Used To Ride With Jesus.
If you're in Exeter do check them out. You'll be blown over by their fantastic music.
Over the next few days they have several gigs:
Tonight (Friday), Saturday (Jill only) and Sunday at The Old Fire House around 9pm;
Saturday from 1pm at Exeter Phoenix; and from 9pm at The Globe in Newtown;
Monday from 8pm at Mama Stones;
Tuesday from 8pm at The Wells Tavern, Well Street.
