We frequently put out messages on air inviting listeners to email or phone in even though we recognise that probably only a small proportion want to do so. It's always good to get a response even when a listener tells us in no uncertain terms that a track we've played is not to their taste - which happened today. Fortunately we had more people telling us about things they enjoyed! And the protesting listener wrote back to say that she normally enjoyed our choices!!


Sadly, Nicky Swann - due to come in to perform on the show today - was unwell. We'll find another date for her to entertain us. Get well soon, Nicky!
