Two fine live sessions this evening...

...from experienced and highly talented singers and musicians
Maggie Duffy and Mike Weed
plus newer original bluesy duo
Chordial - Robert Spence and Kris AdamczakListen to the show here.
From Maggie & Mike's beautiful new album Nine Turns Of The Moon we played Three Times Three and the title track.
In the studio Maggie and Mike performed Maggie's own songs Peace For The Child and Cheap Daily Life and the traditional song The Parting Glass. As well as singing, Maggie played guitar and Mike played guitar, whistle and harmonica. A superb session.
More info on Maggie's website and on Reverbnation.
Chordial gave us a great session. They performed songs written by Robert Spence. They were V8 Blues, Quick Sand and Coming Up For Air.
Robert sang and played guitar and harmonica, accompanied on guitar by Kris.
From Chordial's album Chordial we heard Shelter (with lead vocals by Jade Johnson) and Perfume In The Air.
We'll let you know when their new website is available.
