Martin Hodge is off on his travels for the next 2 weeks and so I am holding the fort until 4th April show. Martin Henning
J.J.Clarke, singer/songwriter and multi-instrumentalist, was kind enough to come into the studio this week to play live some of his songs from his newly released album and one he is in the process of recording, including, exclusively for Roots And Shoots, a never before performed song.

Celtic / Dumnonian music

Yesterday was St David's Day and we had an exciting time in the studio with guests in both halves of the show.
Thank you very much to Jonathan Shorland and Liz Nabb for providing us with exciting and innovative low-tech and hi-tech music. Also to Jim Causley for introducing us to his brand new album Dumnonia and for beautifully singing an unaccompanied song too.

Matt and Tim from Eat The Rich...


...gave it their all on rootsandshoots tonight.
