Beautiful harmony singing from Ex-Swedes this evening.

The Swedish / Finnish group comprise Rosa Rebecca (accompanying the second song on guitar), Ulrike, Gita, Annika, Anette and Maggie. They sang two songs: Jag Vet Endeglig Rosa (trad. Swedish arr. Rosa Rebecca) and Cecilia Lind (Cornelis Wreeswiik arr. Rosa Rebecca.

Superb string sounds

Steve Tyler and Andy Clarke visited us on rootsandshoots this evening.
These two fine local musicians have recently come together for a musical collaboration which has resulted in some wonderful music.
They played some of this live and we chatted about their joint musical project . And we also played 2 tracks from their eponymous CD.

This evening the show was honoured with The Goonies live in the studio.
Jodie Ford and Holly Gilbert-West - The Goonies - came into the studio to sing and play for us live.

Yesterday was St David's Day and we had an exciting time in the studio with guests in both halves of the show.
