Written by Tobias Ben Jacob and recorded by his band The Roots Union, it has reached the final of the International Songwriting Competition, judged by luminaries such as Tom Waites. It's a great song and this is great news! Congratulations, Tobias and the band. We'll play a new mix of Rough Diamonds on Monday's show - before it's all the rage on national radio!! Prizes and winners will be announced in April.
